Privacy Policy – SENTIF (Fita App)
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how SENTIF (“SENTIF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards information in connection with the Fita mobile application (the “App”).
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Email, username, and password.
- Health & Fitness Data: Body composition estimates (e.g., body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass), workout logs, diet records, and personal goals.
- Photos & Images: Photos you upload for AI-based body composition analysis. Photos are stored in a de-identified form and may be used to improve and train our AI models. You can opt out of model training use (see Your Rights).
- Device & Usage Data: Device type, operating system, IP address, in-app events, and diagnostics.
No sale of personal information: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide body composition analysis and personalized coaching.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App and our AI models.
- Ensure integrity, security, and fraud prevention.
- Communicate service updates and respond to inquiries.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- We retain information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the App.
- When you delete your account, we remove or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable time.
- You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@sentif.ai.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. If you reside in California, you may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@sentif.ai.
Opting Out of AI Model Training (De-identified Photos)
If you prefer that your de-identified photos are not used for future AI model training, email info@sentif.ai with the subject line: Opt-out of AI Training. We will honor your request going forward.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures such as encryption, access controls, and monitoring to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your information in accordance with this Policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App or by other appropriate means.
